When I try to use Kies or Smart Switch the device does not connect. I've checked my installations for Windows Media player and it is the latest as is the installation for Kies (though it tells me that my device uses Smart Switch and not Kies. I did not have this issue when Windows 8.1 was installed. This seems to be a USB driver issue but not sure how to fix it.
I went to the dell website to see if there was a USB driver upgrade available and found thatĭell is not testing or developing new Windows 10 drivers for my system. Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I can't connect my Samsung Tablet or Phone such that the computer recognizes these as MTP devices.
